Homeowners in Crisis
The Mortgage Bankers Association reported last week that 1 of every 7 American homeowners is at least one mortgage payment past due, or in foreclosure! Renters are probably late on rent payments as well!

Massachusetts Single Family Homes
The median sale price for single family homes in Massachusetts is $330,000, according to MRA. Sales are down 28% compared to figures for July 2009!
